The majority of our debt collection services are based on a “no collect, no fee” commission basis on monies collected whether paid direct or through our offices, once the job is assigned with us.

The party in debt is contacted primarily via telephone and all efforts are made to settle the debt amicably without instigating legal intervention at the preliminary stage. Most of the assignments are completed within this phase.

In the event our efforts are not successful at the first instance, we then try to assess the debtor’s financial situation and assets (availability limited to some regions) and may entail personal visits, serving of legal documents and conducting interviews. 

PCM’s field agents possess the experience, local knowledge and sensitivity to execute a high rate of success with collection procedures. An important skill is the field agent's ability to work with the defaulting party and view each case on their individual circumstances. Communication is delivered with a balance of assertiveness and professionalism, as our aim is always to maintain our client's relationship and reputation with their defaulting party.
